About Sean Crandall

I help organizations make sense of complex financial and operational issues, strengthen what is working, and fix what is getting in the way.

I’ve spent more than three decades working across finance, operations, organizational leadership, public service, and complex projects. I bring an executive perspective, but I have always been most useful when I can get close enough to the work to understand what is really happening.

That means I’m comfortable with a board presentation or a budget model, but I’m equally comfortable digging into a process, asking hard questions, or helping a team work through what needs to happen next. My experience across nonprofit leadership, business operations, public safety, emergency response, and systems improvement helps me see how the pieces fit together—and where they do not.
